You may choose your preference of either as we fully support both brands. Reed engines have been used for decades on high performance 2-strokes. Only recently has this technology been applied to our large scale Zenoah based motors. Our freinds at Oneill Brothers Racing have created reed ported race motors that have taken power and performance to a new and higher level. Shown here on the left is a chrome race ported GP290 with Stuffed Crank And Reed. This is a brand new race ported 28.5cc motor with reed. This motor has been completely torn down and ported. All of the Oneill Brothers porting is done by hand for maximum performance.

Garbage that gets into your Baja 5b pull start will not only make pull starting difficult but will also reduce the amount of air that comes into your flywheel and possibly overheat your engine.
